"Caden’s First Tooth"

OK, I know what you’re probably saying: if you either A) don’t have any kids or B) have a few already then a child getting a tooth is no big deal. But for me, Caden being my first and only child (so far) this is huge!

It’s funny how time flies. This time last year I was a soon-to-be parent with no clue as to what was on the horizon. Porsha and I were just feeling things out really… getting packed for the hospital stay, stocking up on diapers and wipes. Now, Caden is about a year old, he’s trying to walk/crawl/scoot around and he’s starting to grow up.

Mind you, a few people have already asked when they can babysit. We’ve been putting that off for the longest because we always said that we were waiting for him to be old enough. Looks like that day is here.  Oddly enough, in retrospect, I don’t think it has anything to do with Caden’s age at all… we just don’t want to miss moments like these.  He’s growing up so fast!
